Glass Packaging FAQ
Planning a perfume, essential oil or home fragrance collection? Find answers to common questions about glass bottles, jars and matching accessories.
Explore products and orders, samples and fit, customization, quality, and delivery below.
For advice on a specific item, send us its model or reference image, the quantity you need and your delivery destination.
Our range includes perfume bottles, essential oil bottles, diffuser bottles, candle jars and airtight glass jars, together with sprayers, caps and related accessories. Browse our product collection to find a starting point for your project.
If you have a particular shape, capacity or closure in mind, send a reference image or drawing with your inquiry.
Please include the product model or reference image, capacity, quantity per item, glass color and any decoration requirements. Let us know whether you need bottles only or a complete set with sprayers, caps, droppers or other accessories.
Your delivery country and postcode, preferred shipping terms and target arrival date also help us prepare a quotation. If the specifications are still being developed, share the details you already have.
MOQ depends on the selected bottle or jar, matching accessories and any color or decoration requirements. Different components in a complete packaging set may have different minimum quantities.
Send the model and quantity you are considering so the applicable MOQ can be confirmed for your inquiry. A quantity shown for one item should not be assumed to apply to the entire collection.
Contact us with the product model or a link to the item, the quantity required and your preferred bottle and closure specifications. Availability should be confirmed for the exact combination you need.
A product listing is a reference for your inquiry; it does not confirm stock or a dispatch date. Please check availability before arranging your order or filling schedule.
Share the item and trial quantity you have in mind. Whether a small order is possible depends on the product’s availability, minimum quantity and any customization or accessory requirements.
If your priority is to evaluate the packaging before a bulk purchase, include your sample requirements in the same inquiry.
You can send a sample inquiry with the models, quantities and accessories you would like to evaluate. Sample availability, the finish supplied and the preparation arrangements need to be confirmed for each item.
Where fit or performance matters, request the bottle and intended closure together. Explain whether you need samples for appearance review, filling trials, leakage checks or formula compatibility testing.
Sample costs depend on the selected items, quantities, finishes and any preparation required. Shipping costs depend on the packed weight, parcel dimensions, destination and delivery service.
Please provide your delivery country and postcode with the sample list. Sample charges, courier costs and any applicable import costs should be clarified before the shipment is arranged.
Check the bottle’s neck finish, closure type and relevant dimensions against the accessory specifications. A stated capacity or neck diameter alone is not enough to confirm a match. Sprayers also require a suitable dip-tube length, while droppers require the correct pipette length and sealing components.
Share drawings or measurements for both parts, especially if you are using an existing accessory. Test the assembled set for fit, sealing and intended use before approving a bulk order.
Send your artwork, preferred placement, print size, colors and order quantity with the selected bottle model. The suitable decoration process and its availability need to be assessed for that item.
Ask which methods, such as screen printing, hot stamping or labels, are suitable for your design. Confirm artwork requirements, setup charges, minimum quantities and the approval process before ordering decorated packaging.
Color and finish options vary by product. Share the selected model, a color reference or code, and the appearance you want, such as clear, amber, frosted or coated glass, so the available options can be discussed.
Photos and screens can show colors differently. For a color-sensitive project, agree on a physical reference or sample and the acceptance criteria before approving the order.
Our product range includes sprayers and caps. Include all required accessories in your inquiry, along with the bottle model, closure dimensions, preferred finish and quantity for each component.
If you also need droppers, liners or other parts, send their specifications so availability and fit can be checked. Confirm exactly which components are included in the quotation and evaluate the assembled set before ordering.
Start by defining the requirements for the complete package: appearance, dimensions, capacity, neck finish, closure fit and any decoration. The inspection scope, sampling method and acceptance criteria should be agreed for the selected products before the order is confirmed.
Ask which inspection records or supporting documents are available for your item. For a new packaging combination, review physical samples and arrange the functional tests needed for your intended use.
Test your actual formula in the complete packaging set, including the bottle, sprayer or dropper, liner, seal and any surface decoration. Compatibility depends on the ingredients, component materials, storage conditions and intended use.
Assess leakage, evaporation, dispensing and any changes in appearance or materials over an appropriate test period. Glass alone does not establish compatibility for every part of the package; complete your evaluation before bulk filling.
Contact us promptly with the order reference, affected item and quantity, and clear photos of the products, outer cartons and packing labels. Keep the damaged goods and packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
For visible transport damage, document the condition on arrival and follow the carrier’s reporting procedure. The next steps depend on the evidence, agreed order terms and applicable shipping arrangements.
Lead time depends on product availability, quantity, accessories, decoration and any sample or artwork approvals. Ask for the estimated preparation or production schedule for your specific order.
Transit time is separate and depends on the shipping method and destination. Share your target arrival date early, and confirm the schedule and its starting conditions before placing the order.
The packing arrangement should be confirmed for the bottle or jar, its dimensions and the planned shipping method. Ask about carton quantities, dividers or other protective materials, and whether bottles and accessories will be packed separately.
If you have pallet, carton-label or handling requirements, include them in your inquiry. Confirm the packing specification and shipment dimensions before dispatch, particularly for fragile or decorated items.
Provide the destination country, postcode or port and your preferred delivery terms. The suitable shipping arrangement depends on the order’s packed volume, weight and delivery requirements; samples and bulk orders may need different methods.
Confirm the available route, estimated transit time and the costs included in the quotation. Freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties and local delivery responsibilities should be clear before shipment is arranged.
The accepted payment method, currency and payment schedule should be confirmed in the quotation or pro forma invoice for your order. Terms may depend on the products and order arrangements.
Review the item specifications, quantities, charges, delivery terms and payment milestones before confirming. If payment instructions change, verify them through your established contact before transferring funds.
